What is a Property DNA report?
Property DNA is an informational property-research service covering ownership history, recorded liens, taxes, loan and mortgage history, comparable sales, and market data for an address. It is not a title search, appraisal, inspection, or insurance determination.
How do I get a home value or seller net sheet?
Request them through the services page. The team prepares a current market perspective and a seller net-sheet estimate with typical closing costs for your specific situation.

Can agents request a custom website?
Yes. The Request a Custom Website intake is inside the Agent Hub. It gathers branding, biography, business, IDX, CRM, design and feature information, and submissions route to JC Pacific for the team to begin the build. Files selected on the intake are not stored on the site and are requested separately after submission.
